I had a HORRIBLE Experience here @417 S. KENMORE I lived here for 6 months at Apt. 6, and it cunningly appeared a very nice, decent -Apt. -complex- -at-first-sight-, and for the first -few-days/weeks it was unprenounouncedly tolerable, But some of the residents (upstairs especially) were blatantly snobby, keenly insidious, vindictively inciteful, voluminously loud and out-right annoying, And hosted voluminous, obscene orgies /sex-parties every-night & loudly -tape-/shoot- pornography on-site (as part of their deviant subtract on what they incorporately obfuscate and pass-on as base mediocre, amateur, art), -as-well-as accommodate trans-sexual pervertive prostitutes who sneak the premise particularly at night and host their perverted escort services to their clients/"johns". Also upon my move in, A few days in, the management's co-landlord/maintenance-man, Andre Domingo/Andre 'Bueno' ('Bueno Bomb') (or as I like to refer to him, Doyin's man), solicited sexual services from my then girlfriend, hosted a 9 days "group F*CK" orgy upstairs where he, his wife (co-landlord, Doyin), -my-neighbors-from-upstairs- and a group of other residents and guests, invited my then girlfriend and had her arrive upstairs where they participated in sexual-acts with her, as they put it, "took advantage of her", and brainwashed her to leave me. She only returned then to let me know she was leaving me for him (unshamedly, a married man of all), and left, only to a few days later she unfortunately passed away from an 'accidental' drug overdose. There is also -heavy-drug-use going on here from date-rape GHB. And Exstacy, to Marijuana to Crystal-Meth, to Herion. The neighbors always yell when exchanging administration of their prickly syringe-needles and crack pipes often found on the premises. Later I would happen to find out that these freaks proclaim to be, get this, participants within The "PSYCHIC-VAMPIRE" community ,and were, all along illiciting ellaborate schemes, solely to drain me of my -chi/-prana-/-life-energy-. And they were purportedly 'turned vampires' by Andre and Doyin who derive from a clan/ anterior lineage of -generational-vampires stemming-out of *Brazil. Be-fore-warned, this place is an ex-mansion convertingly rehabilitated an edificial facade in-guise as an apartment, which runs as an OG death-house, bordello brothel, and blooming vampire's nest (with built-in hidden-walls and hollowed-out floor-board access), wherein victims for hit are predisposedly cut -limb-by-limb- and soaked in nitric acid until their displaced bones are seeping bio-ooze drenched in incorporeal disintegration... Stay away! Torture and DEATH maybe imminent results if the residents here don't approve of you...
