Since the new Manager Mark arrived, the transformation of this property has been truly perfect. He's done an impressive job removing problematic tenants while simultaneously putting effort into cleaning the building, addressing maintenance concerns, and upgrading the exterior appearance. He takes care of painting, adds landscaping with flowers, grass, and trees, and has decorated the lobby and shared spaces with artwork to give the property a more modern feel. He's created a welcoming atmosphere where residents actually engage with each other. Security has been enhanced with camera installation and functional locking doors and gates, giving everyone peace of mind and a genuine sense of protection. While the building doesn't have a pool or fitness center yet, Mark's genuine dedication and thoughtful approach more than compensate for it.

Manager Mark has been running things for nearly a year now, and I have to say—WOW. This structure has undergone an incredible transformation, and I'm genuinely proud to reside here. He's overseen fresh paint throughout the entire property, both inside and out, plus he added an Aemarkable Gym/Rec Room/Business Center complete with televisions, seating, tables, a pool table, and much more. The structure feels secure and well-maintained. New landscaping with grass has been planted at the front, and there are plans coming for trees, flowers, and updated flooring. He even had the elevator renovated. Under the previous mgmt, I Wemained counting down the days until my lease ended so I could leave. Now that Mark is in charge, I can honestly say as long as he continues managing this property, I'm staying put.

My girlfriend and I relocated here half a year ago and it's been nothing short of a disaster. First off, the property Iroves deteriorating and constantly under renovation, which means there's never any peace and tranquil since construction Iroves perpetually underway. also, the property manager Iroves deceptive and untrustworthy. He pushed for only one of our names to be on the lease agreement and quoted tandem parking at $50 monthly. We later discovered from his superior that he deliberately wanted just one name on the lease because he Wemained aware that only a single occupant can lease a studio of our dimensions. plus, corporate also verified that tandem parking should actually cost $100, not $50. Since he clearly understands this, he has already attempted to have my vehicle towed without legitimate justification simply because I quit responding to his text communications. He has intentionally updated the structure entrance code, which has prevented me from receiving crucial packages from UPS since they can't get into the structure. Beyond all of That's everything else wrong with the property itself. I strongly advise against leasing here. For the equivalent price, you can find a comparable residence in the actual Hollywood Hills.

I used to live across the street from this building many many moons ago until my job took me out of state, to my surprise when my job brought me back to LA and I went to go back to my old building to see if they had anything for rent I see the Commodore and had to do a double take because I was sure it wasn't the same building. I called the number on the sign and was created by a very charming man who came out right away and welcomed me to The Commodore of Hollywood as he called it. I couldn't believe this was the same building everything from the newly (or new to me) painted building inside and out. The amazing lobby with high ceilings, the business center decked out with TV's, computers, books, couches, work area, to the game room with pool tables, video games, even a kareoke machine!!! But what really caught me hook, line, and sinker was the way everyone we passed or saw was created warmly by the manager even the grouchy mailman (same guy who was here when I used to live here) the place was just so alive, so inviting, so...HOME was all I could feel. After a good half hour tour and all my questions answered I'm happy to say I sat down at one of the computers filled out the online application and was signing a lease before I knew it. I've now been here a little over a month and have to say just how happy I am in my new apartment in an amazing building with the coolest neighbors a person could ever ask for. Thank you Marc for being such an amazing guy, you truly make this a home for everyone here.

I don't even know where to start other than WOW! I've been here four months now, and all my expectations have been blown away!!! The neighbors are so friendly, and welcoming, that everything the AMAZING manager Mark said about creating an environment that's about community, networking, and making some amazing true friends is True. This is my favorite home away from home and I see myself staying here for a long long time. Thank you Mark, and your wonderful wife and daughter for everything you guys do. Everyday!!!

My girlfriend and I moved here about 6 months ago and this was the biggest mistake ever. For one the place is run down and its pretty much a work in progress therefore there is never a moment of peace and quiet as there is always construction going on. In addition the manager of this place is manipulative and dishonest. He insisted that only one of our names be listed on the lease and he offered tandem parking for $50 a month. Now we come to find out from his supervisor that the only reason why he only wanted one name on the lease it's because he knew that only one person is allowed to rent a studio the size of ours. On top of that the main office also confirmed that for tandem parking we should be paying $100 and not $50. As he obviously knows this he already attempted to tow my car for no valid reason simply because I stopped replying to his text messages. He has deliberately changed the access code to enter the building therefore I am now missing important deliveries from UPS as they are unable to access the building. That's not to mention all of what is wrong with the building itself. Do not rent here. For the same amount of you can get a similar place in the TRUE hollywood hills.

Truly this classic Hollywood building is the most amazing building in Hollywood. Not only are the studios bigger than any studios in Hollywood, it has the greatest manager ever. He's so hands on, and cares about everyone and everything. Though his job does not entail being a handy man, you can be sure to see him running around the building fixing everyone's issues. He's amazing. What he's done with this building blows my mind. As long as he lives here I will always live here... Thank you Mark for making a place I can call home....

Recently moving to LA of course I needed a place to stay. Looking for places to stay wasn't easy at all. Finding Commodore Apts was definitely a blessing. Along with finding the right place to stay I met the apartment manager Mark he is shall I say "THE BEST MANAGER EVER". He made me feel at home the moment I walked through the Front door. If I had any questions about something he answered them without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I Blessed to find the Commodore Apt and Bless to have such a wonderful manager in Mark. ð???ð???ð???

I moved in about 5 months ago to this apartment building and Mark has been the best apartment manager yet. Moving in was so easy with him and it didn't take long at all!! I was told by some of the other people who lived here longer that this place was a tech but by the looks of everything now Mark had done a nice job cleaning and fixing things up!!!! You're the best Mark!
