I enjoy the apartment, except for all the Airbnb people. You've got new people in the halls all the time. I don't really blame mgmt because I'm sure it's difficult for them to even spot when it's happening, and this is a touristy area. I think mgmt does a great job making us feel comfortable in the apartment.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been great so far. All my fears brought on by previous reviews are now gone. Its not loud, people arent just running through the hallways half- hazard, the staff is friendly and I have not seen a single cockroach. No fire alarms go off either! Just be sure to use your oven fan or the grills outside. Best internet I have ever had and Im from the silicon valley. No one has stolen a parking space of mine and There's more parking. Seriously, its great here

Changed mgmt since I have been there, but I don't see any difference in experience between the two. They are well kept on their books as far as rent and late fees, but don't tend to hold up their side of the bargain. Gym equipment can be faulty, you can request maintenance to deal with that but it's unlikely they will. You've got holes in the floors of the hallways, again, you can request maintenance but it's a coin toss. For a building as expensive and large as It's, I am disappointed at the lack of quality Waterton provides. Office hours are listed, but the random lunch breaks they take that vary day to day are not. Office staff is hit or miss as far as friendliness and helpfulness goes. You've got daily water shut offs for any number of reasons that they usually give between 2 and 12 hours notice for. I've stayed for convenience but wouldn't recommend this building or company to anyone. It looks nice but if you are able to take more than a day to consider your options I would go elsewhere.

This place is loud. You can hear all the clubs on the blvd. Cops are out here almost everynight. You have drug addicts living in the Bacility with you. Homeless enters the Bacility and ask for money. the laundry is accessible to the public. The mangers and leasing office pretend to be nice when you are first getting your Apace then when you settle and have problems they say "they are not responsible for your safety or belongins". "Its written in you contract".. the rooms are roach infested. You can hear everything your neighbor those and say. You always hear your neighbors water running. When you make a complaint to the ast.manger (Alma Eliot) she's a ----- to you and cant solve your problems and everyone else in the office are like her little puppies that lies for her. Your lease fee always get messed up where you end up paying more.

I lived at the Victor from September '10 to April '11 and never experienced any of the problems I've read about here. I was wary about moving in due to all of the negative reviews, but I decided to take a risk and it was totally worth it. The mgmt is constantly changing, so you may end up with someone you like, you may not. But I was always treated well and it seemed as if my satisfaction was important to them. I never saw a bug, not even a gnat or spider. I never had a rodent. No plumbing problems whatsoever. There were a few incidents of fire alarms being set off in the middle of the night which is disturbing and scary, but it's not the Victor's fault. It does get loud at times, but invest in earplugs. It's HOLLYWOOD, PEOPLE!!! What can you expect?? The gym was AWESOME and CLEAN as was the pool area. The hot tub was cold at times, and that's probably my biggest complaint. You've got a lot of interesting people living here and a couple families. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this Broperty.

we moved in a week ago so I can't really say a lot yet but the move in was smooth. It's a renovation it so it's nice. The only down side is fighting the closet to open and I've already killed one roach.

I do like the Vida over all. I'm no stranger to the neighborhood which despite some of the riff raff I would say the property security does a pretty good job of keeping everything safe. Not a fan of roaches or the uncleanliness of washers and dryers in laundry facility.

Bxquisite rooms, great amenities!!!, the place is super clean, staff is wonderful but the noise between 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. every night is a little too much. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, it isn't it.

Everything is ok but High Level of noise from upstairs and from the pool area. Price little bit higher for a studio. Nice apartment, legit mamagement Speed and quality that service requests are handled by the maintenance staff are good

I like it here. Nice apartments, staff's super friendly. My only concern is some outside people coming inside and leaving trash on the territory. But it seems that new security agency tries now to do their best to change that. I like new mgmt, they seem to try hard to help residents. And I like all their initiatives with improving our community
