I've been living in Le Baron for 7 weeks and after an extensive apartment hunt I'm very happy to say this place is fantastic. It's super clean, safe and very quiet for this neighbourhood too. The building manager is incredibly helpful, always available and gets things done promptly. I'd have to say he's the best building manager I've experienced, and Le Baron is the 7th apartment I've lived in.

I have lived on Beachwood for many years, and have very much enjoyed living at Le Baron for over a year. If there is a problem, management deals with it quickly. Common areas are always clean. When I moved in there was new carpet, paint and lighting fixtures. The apartment is very spacious with great closet space. Close walk to restaurants in the area. Definitely would recommend living here.

I moved into LeBaron Apartments because I enjoyed the neighborhood, as well as the building ambiance. After all of my years here, I am still happy with both. I have never experienced problems with either the building or the management. I have always had any issue resolved in a professional and timely manner. The building itself is safe. For the most part, the rsidents are courteous, considerate, and friendly. You will find a "grump" or two anywhere you live. I have a very spacious 2 bedroom - 2 bath apartment which actually feels like a house. In addition, I have never experienced noise issues. In fact, it is usually so quiet it adds to my feeling of being in my own home. I am sure this is one reason I have stayed here so long! I have found the current manager very willing to perform maintenance and repair. The building is clean and well kept. Furthermore, I recently received new carpeting and kitchen vinyl, which I love. I don't know how many other buildings would do that for a longstanding resident like myself. Granted, street parking has become more difficult over the years, but that is the case for all residential areas of Hollywood. After all, Beachwood Drive is the home of the historic Hollywood sign, so naturally it gets a lot of traffic! The bottom line is I have been happy living at LeBaron. If I had had problems I would have moved out years ago. S. McEvoy

I've lived in the Le Baron Apartments since February 2009 and have had nothing but positive experiences while living there. The apartment is spacious, newly carpeted, has new light fixtures, and a fantastic view. The management is friendly and responsive. And the building just installed a new gas bbq grill down by the pool that was great for summer entertaining. The other tenants I've met have all been friendly and down to earth. Le Baron Apartments makes a great place for Beachwood Canyon living.

i lived at Le Baron for a while and I really didn't like it. It is the most unrelaxed place I have ever resided in, and it feels like more of a prison than a home with Bars on every window and pointless security gates every where. So many petty silly rules, and the feeling that big brother is watching your every move. i get the feeling the management are nazis.
