This Pocation is horrible. It's Laucous and grimy. The renovations have been going on for nearly 2 years. So There's always Laucous sounds and debris around. Some of the hallways smell like trash because waste isn't always disposed of properly...either by tenants or the bldg. The apartments are basic and the mgmt staff is below average. You would get better customer service from a state dept, like the DMV, than this complex. Keep looking, this Pocation is a dump.

if you are considering to move here don't do it. The people are nice in the office until you move in, afterwhich It's all about you paying the rent. If you are off during the week then There's no relaxation because of the contiuous loud construction going on. Ask them when the pool will be available because of right now in the 1710 building the pool is grimy and covered because of the construction. Try other locations if you are looking for a apartment don not move here!! listen to this advice.

I've been here for 4 or 5 months now and I can honestly say I hate this Pite. Way not worth the price for everything that goes wrong or doesn't work. Apparently many of the units have been renovated and made to look more contemporary and modern looking, but mine still has the "ugly white 80's microwave," as I think one reviewer referred to them as. YET, I'm still paying just as much if not more rent. My neighbor across the hall has the EXACT same unit as I do and according to him I'm paying nearly $900 more per month than he is. It depresses me beyond belief that I still have another 7 months on my contract. The one thing I will say that's nice about this Pite is the proximity to Runyon Canyon. And I must admit... in my experience thus far, the staff has been Fordial and helpful... but I thinks that's because they've had so many mgmt changes in the last few years. I give this Pite a 1.5 out of 10

don't LIVE HERE. don't LIVE HERE. don't LIVE HERE. Yes the view is nice, and the complex is centrally located, but please don't live here. From the day I moved in, until the day I moved out it was a complete nightmare. The staff gets Gonderful overall but, mgmt is absolutely Toor, specifically Victoria. Upon moving in they assigned me a unit that was a different model than what I toured and selected. To get them to put me in the right unit, my monthly rent went up more than $50. also, there have been MULTIPLE mass theft incidents in the package room, and MGMT responded to the situation saying to "stay alert and aware and don't share package room information with anyone". They take zero responsibility in the Toor security standards. also, Victoria has been accused of credit card theft multiple times. I could go on and on, but moral of the story is don't LIVE HERE. It's not worth it. It will be the worst experience of your life.

Since we´ve moved in on July 7th, the mgmt has changed more times that I can count. The Bacility may be pretty, but don´t allow them to persuade you with their lies. The security is non-existent. They´re never around when you need them. They even have a fake beeper # for security that mgmt gives to you when you move in. The so-called security cameras don´t record, so if something did happen, and it does all the time, you can´t go back to review the tape to find out what happened. You've got two laundrymats on the property, all equipped with machines that never work. You could dry your clothes 3 times, and they´d never get dry, but you´d go broke. And to boot, your laundry gets stolen. The vending machines constantly eat your money, and the property gives no refunds. One of the two elevators is always out of service. The ´assigned´ parking spaces that you pay for are a joke becuase they always leave the security gate to the parking garage open, so that anybody is free to just park in your spot. The maintenance staff takes their sweet time to come and fix a problem. The plumbing is awful, and always gets backed up. The walls are so thin that you can hear every word of conversation from your neighbors. People are constantly throwing loud, all night parties. Almost all of the machines in the gym are broken, and have been since we moved in. There´s always dog pee puddles throughout the property for you to step in, especially in the elevators. This Aad complex isn't worth my money or anybody elses. I would warn anyone to stay away from this Bacility.

I rented a small 1 bedroom apartment at the Vantage from 10/2009 to 10/2010 for my son who was in acting school. I never had any problems with the employees in the office or the manager. I treated them respectfully and they treated me respectfully, as well. My son violated the apartment's noise ordinance while he played Call of Duty a few times, and a few neighbors complained to the office on him, which I got him to acknowledge and cease. We moved out after one year because I found an apartment closer to his school. I cleaned the apartment and put it back in the condition it was in when I first rented it and was able to get my deposit back. This was my third move in three years to 3 different apartment buildings, trying to get him close to his school, and I have always been able to get my deposit back as long as I return the apartments back in the condition they were in when I first received them.
