Overall I love living there and the staff is wonderful. However the price of the apartment is at a point where I can get a newer apartment in the neighborhood for substantially less. Additionally, the newer buildings have a doorman which makes it better for security and guests.

There needs to be a better communication line of the leasing office. I can never get a hold of them over the phone and they never respond to emails EVER!!! There is a pressing matter with my neighbor and there is no effort to resolve this on their side.
