From the leasing staff to the front desk to the residents that live here, Blossom Plaza has been an absolute joy. Am I recruiting other friends to move here? Yes. If you're going to live in DTLA, this is where you want to be. It's safe, convenient, and Blossom Plaza is a lovely community with stunning units and all the amenities. Highly recommend!

I cannot stop saying great things about Blossom Plaza. We have lived there for over 4 years and I have been happy every single day. The facility is amazing, the staff is beyond amazing and the community is beyond amazing!

We like the sense of community at Blossom Plaza. Jennifer Kim and the rest of the team are fantastic in making us feel welcome and cared for. Also, we love the LEED certification and efforts at sustainability, although there is always more that can be done on that front, such as correct recycling being placed in bins and the availability of onsite composting. :)

The entire team at Blossom Plaza is welcoming and efficient; from the front desk to maintenance, security and leasing staff. I enjoy living in this community! Tama and Stephan keep me updated on what's happening nearby and I appreciate this.

Love living here! The building is clean, the staff is very professional, and they are honest and transparent in their communication. Great location living within walking distance of Howlin Rays, not sure if thats good or bad! Lol!! Will keep renewing our lease as long as we can, not even looking anywhere else!

I think this is a great place This location has safe premises, modern appliances, friendly residents and courteous staff. The complex is only a few years old and feels brand new. It honestly feels like I am living in a hotel.

It has been very pleasant! Tama and the staff are amazing, the amenities are nice and clean, I do miss the gym and am excited to get back post covid. Being non drivers its awesome having so many transit options so close. The neighborhood is nice with many things to do and eat. The park next door has been our savior during covid. Wed like to continue living here for a while!

A great community, attentive staff and a lovely apartment home to live in. Great finishes, location and amenities. When there was an opportunity to move into a larger apartment for the same rent, the staff made transition as easy and smooth as possible. Plus they are child friendly here. A lot of families call this place home.

They have been very accommodating during COVID-19. I appreciate the whole staffs efforts keep the residents safe. Communication is exceptional. Maintenance is wonderful. All great people. I would definitely renew my lease or move to another unit at a fair and reasonable rate and lease term. If I could purchase my current apartment, I would highly consider the opportunity. Thank you

I am very pleased with living here. In my area is very quiet and feel safe, and there is a park where I can walk around so I could recommend it to my friend. I would like to share in my resident experience.
