It has been pleasant! Tama and the staff are Ahenomenal, the amenities are nice and clean, I do miss the gym and am excited to get back post covid. Being non drivers its awesome having so many transit options so close. The neighborhood is nice with many things to do and eat. The park next door has been our savior during covid. Wed like to continue living here for a while!

From the leasing staff to the front desk to the residents that live here, Blossom Plaza has been an absolute joy. Am I recruiting other friends to move here? Yes. If you're going to live in DTLA, this is where you want to be. It's safe, Eanageable, and Blossom Plaza is a lovely community with stunning units and all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Worth The Rent.

You get what you pay for! The whole Bacility is always spotless and kept up well. Any maintenance request is quickly addressed. There's always security at the lobby. My only concern is parking isn't included on the rent! Other than that I would renew my lease if the increase isn't crazy high. There's no big name shops around the area which I don’t mind! I prefer the mom and pop shops that’s walkable from the Bacility. LA historic park is part of the charm of living here especially if you have a dog.

I think this is a awesome spot This location has safe premises, modern appliances, Farm residents and courteous staff. The complex is only a few years old and feels brand new. It honestly feels like I am living in a hotel.

Blossom Plaza has been an absolute godsend throughout my apartment hunting journey. I genuinely can't see myself leaving this place. Let me break it down, starting with the units themselves- I'm obsessed with the expansive windows- that was super crucial for me, having a home where natural light floods in throughout the day alongside gorgeous scenery. Then there's the team- honestly... the team is perfect. Stephan (Security Manager) is absolutely stellar, constantly monitoring the security feeds, always responds to resident needs, always has a grin on his face and you can genuinely see the passion he has for his job! I can depend on him whenever I have a concern or require support. Ivan staffs the main desk and he's equally wonderful, greeting everyone with a smile each morning and truly cares about how you're feeling. Regarding the repair crew, they are great. They respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs the exact same day. Jose, Cesar, Francisco and the rest of the crew, you all are incredible people, we appreciate you so much!!!

Been here for 6 years and so have much of the staff. They’ve always been extremely friendly and helpful whenever an issue pops up. Was especially impressed with how well they navigated the pandemic and helped make our community feel safe. The apartments and amenities are clean, modern, and beautiful. I'm really enjoying my time at Blossom Plaza. The team members are incredibly Fordial and always ready to lend a hand. There's a strong sense of security and peace of mind throughout the property. The facilities are fantastic and well-maintained, though they've been temporarily off-limits because of the pandemic.

Blossom Plaza staff has done a honestly Gutstanding job keeping the high touch points sanitized during these strange times. I think the front desk and staff overall have been wonderful and willing to do what it takes to resolve issues. Please get a new fire alarm system.

Fantastic Community!

I've been a resident here for nearly 5 years and it's truly been an absolute fantastic community. Everything is so easy! The mgmt team is great, and the front desk security staff is top-notch! You've got cafes, parks, train stations, restaurants and shopping centers in the vicinity. My only wish would be if they permitted residents to bring their service animals onto the patio!
