So far the biggest concern is safety. Having 24 hour security on patrol is very helpful and reassuring. It would also be helpful to have a direct number to them in case of an emergency. The next concern is the opening of the amenities. I know it says early 2022 so I’m excited to be able to use the pool, gym and rooftop pretty soon. Hopefully within the next month!

This building is very well maintained. I feel safe here. The concierge, leasing and maintenance staff are very professional and helpful if I do have an issue, which is rare. I also appreciate having a charging station at my assigned parking spot. The apartments are beautiful and well designed. Definitely worth every penny. I just upgraded to a 2bed2br. So, I will be here for at least another 14 months.

Nice place overall. Good location & staff, clean and modern apartments. All apartments come with balcony, Good size kitchen & bath, laundry unit In the apartment, hardwood flooring, were things I wanted, so it was a good find. Leasing office people are super nice, I worked with Taimy and shes super helpful.

Great location, close to 3-4 department stores and grocery stores. Close to major highways and train stations. Bedrooms are big. Amenities are being remodeled. Parking is available. Great staff. Pet friendly.

We need to have communication from the staff about the pool/rooftop. And we need to have the option to extend our lease at the same price for the length of the closure. That is really the only fair option.

Construction at the lobby, pool, roof, fitness center. All at the same time! So loud that you cannot teleconference, great way to lose your Jon! The building is FIVE years old... Want a splitting headache every morning? Then this is the place for you. Want to be told not to bother contacting Managment since they wont ever return your calls, this is the place for you!

Every single staff member is fantastic. The best Ive ever had. The hallway on the 22 is dating has stained carpets etc. Needs a deep cleaning. The maintenance staff needs a bigger budget so they are more inclined to replace instead of short term fix things. The online portal is great however I sent a few emails to the management staff and never heard back. I suspect the email functionality might be broken in the portal as I doubt they are just ignoring me.

Before Greystar, 8th and Hope felt like a community with staff that cared about the residents. Thankfully David is still with us, with all the high turn overs with employees and management switch overs, as he is the only one that cares and treats people like humans, like we actually pay rent to live there. The new Assistant manager and manager need to be retrained so they can run an efficient team.

I like overall experience except for noises coming from the hallway and neighbors during the late night hours. I still see tourists staying for airbnb. And I still see some people not wearing masks in side of the elevator.

I opted to rent at another place, but my $300 refundable application fee has yet to be refunded after 60 days!!! They have lied and lied and lied..... cannot get a returned call from the manager Irma at all. Rent here at your own risk!
