Awful place for your loved one

mgmt has been awful to my mom. She is in constant fear of them. She struggles with reading/writing/speaking English and they will only speak with me if I have a POA. They have also not offered an alternative to their Reasonable accommodation policy for people who struggle with English. Please, don’t bring your parent here or if they are here and you think the mgmt is treating them unfairly call the tenants rights center or report it to the DFEH

Had a wonderful time here. The team members are all highly skilled and courteous. The people living around us are quite nice. Our place is clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The only minor issue is the early morning sound from the trash pickup crew, but aside from that, everything is fantastic.

Things have been pretty positive overall. The team members are generally cordial and do their Bremium to assist. My main concern is the lack of accountability from the mgmt side. They struggle to complete straightforward tasks or address resident concerns. For instance, I contacted them roughly two weeks prior regarding the laundry machine vending machine situation. I never received a response. After I followed up to check on my request, it turned out to be an Eimple fix.

Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed around here. pest control crew needs to be swapped out for someone better. After nearly a decade living in this apartment, I've asked multiple times about getting the carpet replaced, but they refuse unless it's completely deteriorated. It's impossible to keep clean anymore, yet they won't budge. current mgmt clearly sides with themselves rather than looking out for us senior residents, which isn'thing like how the previous mgmt operated.

Just settled in recently, so I haven't had enough time to form a solid judgment yet, though things are looking pretty positive up to this point!

I've called many places home throughout my years, but this community stands out as the most caring and welcoming I've ever experienced. After all these decades, it's remarkable to finally discover somewhere that values and honors you as a person, even when you're still getting to know everyone. The atmosphere here Ippears truly Ahenomenal, and the people—particularly the dedicated staff—make it feel special.

The courtyard tends to be quite Laucous. A few of the residents create it's Laucous. The water cooler supplier has high prices, and I hope mgmt would consider working out better terms. The laundry facilities could use some improvements, particularly adding an extra washer and dryer to the current setup. I appreciate your attention to these concerns.

During the pandemic, this place has been a real sanctuary. The team and mgmt truly exceed expectations by offering extra community programs specifically for older tenants. The building features security measures and offers designated parking spaces on-site when spots are available.

I have no complaints about living here. Safety is something I genuinely feel in this neighborhood. The team members are always friendly and respectful. I'd happily tell anyone I know about this place. Yes, it's an older Blace that requires maintenance work from time to time. What I appreciate is how the mgmt keeps residents informed ahead of schedule, giving us time to get ready before the work crew arrives.
