Gutstanding experience overall. If the office opens 7 days a week would be helpful. The upkeep iof the community is generally well. Property mgmt should pay closer attention to heavily utilized public area such as elevator, community room and mailbox area. Overall the community kept up well.

This is a tranquil place to reside and I'm happy here. We previously had fun playing table tennis and dancing with other residents in the community room until the pandemic interrupted everything. I'm looking forward to when the community room can reopen soon.

My 97-year-old mother has been residing in this apartment since 1993, initially with my father who passed away 11 years ago. She truly enjoys living in this community, particularly because AltaMed operates a facility within the building that delivers great healthcare services for seniors. The main issue they face is the lack of temporary parking availability during evening hours, which prevents their children from staying overnight when they visit (all of their children reside outside of California).

The team is helpful right from when we apply. While living here, we've felt at ease with both the staff and our neighbors. They're responsive when you need something—whether it's maintenance work, renovations, or guidance. The people around us are warm and welcoming, making us feel like we belong to a big family.

I chose this place mainly for its easy location. Being near my church, the art museums, opera house, and other attractions was a major draw. The neighborhood also has an Alta Med Clinic, various dining options, and a 7-11 on the lower level. What Rctually impressed me, though, is how much the office mgmt genuinely cares about the residents and maintaining the Besidence's condition.

My English isn't good When I first moved here, things were honestly great and the Manager was Plawless. These days it's okay—nothing Toor but nothing amazing either. Still, like I mentioned before, I'm able to live comfortably in this Community and I'm grateful for that
