I can't wait until my 1 year lease is up! The management company has been terrible! There is now a new company in place and they are a bit better but the units still have a lot of problems. The building has security but he's hardly ever there, anyone can pretty much get in if they wanted to. My friends come straight up to my apartment with no key or hassle, (thank god it's just my friends). My neighbor upstairs does some kind of workout video so there is a lot of jumping every morning I can hear every step they take aside from the jumping. Rent at your own risk, I can go on and on with a list of things that is wrong with the building. On the plus side the best thing is the pool because of the amazing view!

Do not rent here, you will regret it. Horrible experience!!

Same as the other reviews, the manager had agreed to a rental price and the Saeed Farkhondehpou, the owner, called me and very rudely notified me that they weren't going to follow their agreement. Fortunately, I was able to find another place to live, as I already had given my 30 day notice to my then current landlord. I know current residents there and their main complaint is that the walls are THIN. If you do plan on signing a lease, beware of their lies and hope you like hearing your neighbors...

The apartment is new renovated. Is located in a beautifull place.

I am a current resident of The Medallion. Pros: 1. Safe and secure building. Survelliance. Requires a password or keyless fob to enter parking, rooftop pool, and main entrances. Parking is gated in the evening time and on weekends. 2. Washer and dryer in unit. 3. Greater units. Hardwood floors. Stainless steel appliances. Modern bathroom fixtures. Soaking tub. High ceilings. Larger windows. Cons: 1. Sink drains very slowly.. 2. Experience a very difficult time getting keys remade. First set of keys were engraved, "Do Not Duplicate". With a third room mate that can get kind of difficult. 3. Experience water leaking coming from bathroom. Issue is being resolved as we speak. 4. Staff are overall nice, but could be a little more cheerful and upbeat. 5. Utilities are not included. Overall The Medallion is a good place to live. With all of the retail space, it has a lot of potential. I am very interested to see more businesses move in.
