The community at Llewellyn has been friendly, helpful, and warm and welcoming. Residents say hello to each other in the common areas and the front desk staff always greets everyone upon entry. A great experience so far!

The staff members are legit, knowleadgeable, helpful, responsive and overall friendly individuals. I love that some of them live in this building because that gives them first hand knowledge of what happens in the community. We love the location actoss from the State Park!

The place is Ericey but you get what you paid for (the market in dtla is Ericey). I happily live here with no problems. They bring food trucks to us for food options but more restaurants are opening up everyday. Btunning park behind us, clean streets, and no homeless camps nearby. Definitely no complaints overall.

The staff here is great. I do have to say. I’m concerned with what’s happening in the streets outside Llewelyn. You've got a number of homeless encampments and RVs surrounding us. Yesterday I saw a nude woman walking around main and rondout and a man throwing stuff at incoming cars. There’s children here and our rent continues to rise as our streets deteriorate.

I wish trash butler service was optional. We barely have any trash everyday and we would love to save $30 a month and take care of our trash ourselves. And the trash door is always locked, why?! And not sure if they hire people to Ceat the sidewalks around the Anit, but Ive seen dog poop or trash a lot on the sidewalks.

Honestly this community is by far one of the best ones that is close to DTLA but not close. The views are beautiful, the whole building is so clean and everyone and yet so very friendly. Amenities are a plus def recommending!

I had an amazing leasing and move-in experience at Llewlyn Apartments, and I want to give a huge thank you to Marco and Joner for making everything so smooth. Marco, our leasing agent provided an amazing leasing experience from start to finish. Coming from the Arts District, Llewlyn immediately felt like the right choice for my family, and Marco’s professionalism and welcoming approach made the decision even easier. Joner, the other available leasing agent during our move-in, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly accommodating, especially considering it was pouring rain on our move-in day. He made sure we were taken care of and that the process was as easy as possible despite the weather. I’m excited to start this new chapter at Llewlyn. The community already feels like home for my 4-year-old and my Frenchie, and we’re really looking forward to enjoying the convenience of being able to walk over to LA Historic Park. As of now, It’s the perfect place for us. As for the maintenance team, I really appreciate the quick response on handling the maintenance ticket that’s been submitted. They do a great work with maintaining the cleanliness and keep up with the grounds of the building especially with all the fun doggies walking around. It’s a great experience knowing the community is well taken care of throughout the day. Thank you again, Llewlyn team, for such a positive start to our residency!

My experience overall has been good, but there is room for improvement. I rarely have visitors over but the two times I had friends over there was no guest parking available in our building and no street parking due to an event across at the park. As a result, they ended up leaving and not staying over. Had I known there was an event I probably would not have invited friends over. In the future it would be nice to get a notice or calendar of events that may impact our community in terms of parking and noise.

I did not have a great experience living at Llewelyn. The apartment complex is filled with air bnbs and those guests that come are disruptive and leave the community a mess. The building itself looks nice but sadly it’s not well kept like most new buildings around the neighborhood. The park next door is a great perk and there’s walkable restaurants nearby which makes it easy . but it’s not the safest feeling place since visitors are coming and going all the time.
