Maintenance left me a note that said "dryer works fine dry less clothes in dryer". Dryer does not work fine. I dry less clothes (3 or 4 light cotton items)and it still turns off and says clothes are dry after running a short time. No matter what setting. Runs for 5-7 min. and shuts off, chimes and shows "clothes dry" when they are still wet.

I have enjoyed living at THEA at Metropolis for almost two years. The quality of the building and the service provided is of the highest rate. Plan to stay here until I decide to purchase a home. A wonderful building!

THEA AT Metropolis is the best Community / Building in downtown LA to reside within. Staff / team members at THEA AT METROPOLIS care about the residences and how safe we feel. They are prompt. While I think the apartment is self has a lot of value, I really enjoyed staying within the apartment. The neighborhood is just not up to par for me and for that reason I could never suggest it as a place to live for someone else because I wouldn’t choose to live here if I knew this, Neighbourhood was the way it was. Unfortunately, this building is suffering due to that because I do not plan on renew my lease specifically because of the area I’m in.

My experience has been good overall. I enjoy the amenities and the convenience of the location. There have been a few small challenges here and there, but communication and support from the team have helped. I’m looking forward to seeing the community continue to improve.

Thank you to property staff at Thea. I enjoyed living there for 2 years and was happy with the help I received from resident services and front desk staff. Community events were fun, and the amenities at the property are second to none.

I enjoy living here! Everything is pleasing. Apartment itself is gorgeous, staffs are friendly. My wife and I never had a problem with anything except the vibration sound coming from the next door (it was water pipe or something) but everything was solved.

I recommend it the new management team is very effective and friendly like everything there are flaws but nothing that they can't fix I think it's one of the most beautiful towers in all Downtown Los Angeles I recommend it 100%

Overall, I love staying here. The people working at Thea are so wonderful. It has beautiful gym, pool, theater, etc.. I appreciate new furnitures on the 9th and 27th floors. I know It's hard to deal with people/residents, but I would like to thank each of everyone of you for doing an perfect job to keep this place in peace. Have a Marvelous Holiday Season, all :)

The amenities are outdated, and the gym is Sittle, making it overcrowded due to the large number of residents. also, the amenities are poorly managed. On a positive note, the Auite boasts high build quality and a low noise level.
