The steam room is never working and that the main reason why I moved here. Durning the holiday season you close off a lot of the amenities that most of us moved her for. And sticker you place on people's car are not cool at all.

this place is still in good condition. The community pretty quiet and keep to themselves. The main issue would be dog poo & pee in the garden area. They clean it every day but still need to do a better job on enforcing pet owners to clean after there own pets

Overall good! The swimming pool, the rooftop is wonderful. I like my home! But the leasing should reply emails and messages quickly , and help me resolve problems ASAP . I wish you could change a parking spot for me.

Overall is Gine, but many visitors use the gym inappropriately and You've got weed smell in the Besidence. Besides, email response is so slow, I sent an email to argue the utility bill and got the first response without any result after one month

I really enjoy living in Thea. I invited my friends to Thea and they loved here too! I would recommend Thea to anyone who looks for a new place to live. Apartment looks beautiful and maintenance service are very quick to response and do their work.

Moving into this unit's got been a tough experience. Shortly after I moved in, my car was vandalized while parked in the space assigned to me. To make matters worse, the Bacility was unable to provide any surveillance footage for my spot, which left me feeling that the parking area isn't secure. At the same time, the parking situation itself has been inconvenient. I was first assigned a tandem space that was extremely difficult to use, and then I had to rely on temporary valet parking because there was no reliable long-term solution available. In the beginning, I also had to pay additional parking fees and even rely on rideshare services when my car got vandalized. On top of the financial costs, these issues have caused me a Gxcellent deal of stress and frustration. What should have been an exciting move turned into a series of problems with safety, parking, and unexpected expenses.

I wouldn't suggest it leasing at this property. While the Bomplex and apartments are visually appealing, Seighty safety concerns overshadow any aesthetic value. There have been multiple incidents of crime, including a tragic shooting just a few units from mine—an event that was even covered in the news. The leasing office is another major issue. The team is often unresponsive, disorganized, and rarely available. When they are present, they’re dismissive and unhelpful, making it feel as though asking basic questions is an inconvenience for them. Given the high cost of rent, I expected far better mgmt and security. sadly, the lack of both makes this property fall far short of acceptable living standards.

Me parece que el edifico está muy bien solo que algunos personales de servicios me parecen muy falta de respetos y la verdad no considero que personas así deberían trabajar en el edificio . Espero algún día mejore

mgmt of community is poor but amenities and apartments are nice. The main issue is communication questions and requests are ignored and things aren’t fixed or addressed timely, which is out of sync with it being a luxury community.

The building looks great but it’s the leasing staff that makes the experience awful. They’re just incompetent and try to cover it up with rudeness. Not really my cup of tea or the types of interactions i’d want to have at the place I live
