I've lived here since 2018 and I can't say enough good things. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our place is modern and quiet, the amenities are great especially the rooftop decks. If we ever need maintenance done Oscar and his staff are always quick, efficient and so great to work with. I highly recommend checking out this building if you're looking to move to dtla.

The staff is friendly and responsive- Oscar is the man. For being in downtown, the community feels safe and secure. Security is always present. Common areas are kept spotless and apartments are spacious.

Just moved in not even a month yet. This is by far the best place I have lived in LA. Everything is so well taken care of. The mgmt is nice. Nothing bad to say thus far. You get what you pay for and more. The community feeling is great. Love getting to meet new people everyday from the building feels like youre living in a high class hotel

Loved the property, staff is really friendly and efficient. Definitely a place to call and right in the center of everything. Beautiful views of downtown with luxury style apartments modern and up to date. I highly recommend people to move here.

If you want to live in a trifling dump sign a lease here. With so much wrong with this place I'll just be brief -Roaches in entire building coming from drain and cracks in walls from poor construction (see pics) -can hear every step, drawer close, cabinet close from neighbors bc no -Vomit, blood pet and human feces/urine in garage, entry ways, lobby, elevators and on handles and buttons left for days at a time...feces and urine all day everyday -Human feces was left at entry way for several days Had friends over one night and one step in ---- coming in the building -smell of mildew when turning on water -mgmt could care less -Carpets look like a Chucky Cheese floor -Airbnb tenants everywhere all day and partying -Trash shoots look like LA Landfill -Got rash and respiratory complications from air quality-- air filter looked like it was never changed. Changed it myself -spent countless dollars on every pest control method imaginable myself that didn't work because they are all over building -Cars broken into on several occasions They just want your money and could care less about the maintenance

complicated leasing... but smooth sailing once you moved in. Cars get broken into - because of this, parking should be cheaper. Beautiful grounds and nice spacious apartments. Love the gym - wish there was a sauna. Like that its close to a bunch of food spots.

I recently toured at the property. I am moving in September and was in town so I wanted to check a few places out. Most properties I went to sent me on a self guided tour. but, Brianna jumped up and was still willing to give me a full tour. She was patient with my million questions, and if I was able to sign a lease right then I would have. The size of the units are so worth the price as well. Definitely cant wait to sign my lease closer to my move in date.

Ppl r rude. Once there was a party and this girl was every every messed up and all the guys here wanted to leave her while my friends and I did everything to make sure us went home safely. Besides that group of ppl that everyone else is fine but they all perfer to keep to themselves
