Overall is good except when I have a guest, my guest tells me, people follow them to the elevator and thereafter almost to the door only to turn around. Some staff asked them if they are staying as AIRBNB guest!!! I have been mad at the staff but no avail. So I try to ignore them.

Fun and special event!

The nail event was a winner! I wish more events happened during non-work hours though because a lot of us still have to go to work. If I wasn't back early that day I would have no chance to attend. I wasn’t able to attend the previous event either because it was during work hours.

1000 Grand is a gem in the DTLA South Park neighborhood. this place is beautiful and has a private energy about it. The property mgmt team is so nice and helpful, especially Lexi! She has been accommodating and helpful no matter how large or small the request, and she’s always there greeting everyone with a smile. If you’re considering 1000 Grand I definitely suggest applying and making this your new home.

Great 2 years! Great amentities! Great social events! Maintenece is always quick to fix a problem. The cleaners do a great job of keeping up with the building, the pool, the ammentites! Great tea and coffee in the lobby! Pet friendly! Well insulated units! You can’t hear the traffic noise going on outside when doors and windows are closed! Security patrols the place at night! Cleaning service is great! Car wash service is offered, but I haven’t used it yet! Overall, the building has a lot to offer! It’s kept up well by staff and I worth checking out it to anyone!

Love the resident events! They’re really fun! Also great taste ???? the amenities and aesthetics and chill quiet vibes are great for work-from-home folks or people who just need chill study time or chill time to rest in their apartment! LOVE honestly!

I personally think that in comparison to other 1bd in the 90015 zip code you are getting a great value. Appliances are updated, large stack washer and dryer, the closet space is to die for, and with a good layout. The only con I have experienced is the smell of urine from the dogs. It doesnt rain much in Los Angeles, so the sidewalks are not spotless and you smell the dog urine which is a lot especially during the summer.

Poor mgmt communication with safety issues of the building. Th community should be notified of issues so that everyone can do their part in keeping everyone safe. location's amazing but not worth the high price where you can go somewhere safer.

Nice and clean (kudos to the cleaning staff), responsive building maintenance crew. friendly office staff and great service. The garage feels secure. So far, satisfying experience with 1000 by Windsor. Thank you for the great service.

Maintenance is always responsive and helpful. Dennis was super friendly and great. He responded to my work order quickly and offered several options to fixing the problem I had with my appliances. The last time he came over, he changed the time on my microwave to the correct one without me asking. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you Dennis!

I just met Dennis from the maintenance team and he diligently helped me retrieve a important piece of jewelry to me that fell throught the sink last saturday. He kept such a positive attitude and came through even though the possibility of me getting it back was scarce.
