I asked to set up an appointment for 4:30pm. They say "It's unavailable, can you come at 4pm?" I arrive at 3:50pm and was instructed to wait for someone to meet me at the entrance. 4pm rolls around, no one comes to get us. I start calling the number by the door, the number on the sign out front, and the number on their website. Goes straight to voicemail so I leave a message. 4:10pm, no one has come to let us in yet, I try emailing the agent that set up the appointment and try making more calls - no response. 4:20pm, agent calls me and says "looks like you missed your appointment." Uh no, we've been standing around trying to get a hold of someone for 30 minutes because no one came to the entrance to grab us like you said they would. Had to do our tour in 10 minutes because the 4:30pm appointment was about arrive. They were making repairs to the unit from the last tenant while we viewed the space... really wish I could have seen a fully repaired unit without people painting and making repairs in the space while I tour. The person that finally let us in did not have any answers to our questions, so we had to call the agent to answer them. This was by far the weirdest and least professional apartment viewing I've ever encountered. Can't believe I took time off of work to go see this place. The community itself looked decent, and the apartment itself has potential besides the dated appliances and cabinetry. But the experience with management pursued me to NOT apply for the unit.

This building is a great place to live. Location is amazing and amenities/quality of the units is a great deal. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to move to Brentwood or West Los Angeles

It has been great. Due to COVID I did not live in the apartment for 2/3 of last year. The apartment does not have direct sunlight and is very dark. We look right into the apartment next to us if we keep our windows open

The units are nice, well designed and good quality relative to the general rental market in Los Angeles. The staff is friendly and responsive. The building feels safe and secure. The main issue I've had with my unit is the noise. I had an extremely noisy neighbor the first six months I lived in the apartment (loud banging at all hours during the day, loud techno music, etc.). The other big issue is garbage trucks. The garbage trucks come M-F between 6:30-7am and they are extremely loud. I hear both banging and beeping every morning.

Fabulous, gorgeous building! Excellent, professional management! Well-kept inside and out. New appliances and decor. Allows small pets. Quiet and safe building in a fabulous neighborhood. Located in the heart of Brentwood, near shopping and great restaurants. I feel lucky to have found it.

The elevator has been a problem a few times since I moved in last year. Better service could solve this issue. My other problem is the key card to enter the parking does not always work. It's a problem when the metal plate gets hot or wet.

We only have DSL internet and the trash trucks are very loud M-F at 7am.

I have lived here for many years. The management takes pride in the building, maintaining it well and responding quickly to maintenance and repair requests. The building manager is friendly and helpful.

I lived here for a year and loved the complex. The management and maintenance team are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the building.

Overall have really enjoyed living here. really enjoy the interior of the apartment and the location is great. there seems to be a lot of maintenance issues throughout the building at all times, but I think they get fixed. Also some weird neighbor dynamics but overall everyone is very friendly - just to themselves.
