“Pros: roof deck, in-unit washer and dryer, decent sized 2 bedroom, easy walk to sunnyside + access to 7 train Cons: Very isolating as there are no neighboring residential buildings, walking to queens blvd station in winter is dangerous w bridge over rail depot as it’s not de-iced, lack of delivery options due to its awkward location”
