“Pros: The landlord and super are so SO kind and responsive. They're easy to talk to and everyone is so friendly. Very communicative about rent and any work done. Building is well-maintained and is kept clean. We're given heads up in advance if work is being done (new front steps!) or repairs are needed. Super is very quick to get things fixed/serviced and will stay in touch. Cons: To be honest, nothing really besides the radiator hissing/rattling at night and heat temp control can be a little unpredictable (but then again, a quick message to the super results in quick action). Advice to landlord: Thanks for being amazing! I love living here.”
