“Pros: - small apartment building, which means it's pretty quiet! - gorgeous tree lined street - neighbors tend to be seasoned Park Slopers (read: friendly, on the older side, clearly care about their block and its upkeep) Cons: there were multiple days, particularly near the beginning of the calendar year, where heat was completely turned off. during an NYC winter, this is obviously a problem; the radiators were turned on again shortly after we notified management, but just a heads up that they may turn them off when folks are gone over the holidays etc. !”
