— 277 SOUTH 5TH STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Incredible staff and doormen, there’s been zero turnover since we have lived here. Super responsive management and ownership. Beautiful building overall. Valet garage attached to building. Cons: Amenity fees are steep Units are low on storage space Then lease renewal was nearly a $1k+ increase over my current monthly rent for a 1 bedroom. Beware if you only sign a short term lease. This building is also undergoing a possible sale to a new owner.”
