“Unit 3r Pros: i really loved the space in the apartment & the location was perfect for me (right by the halsey J) Cons: the property management company was horrible at responding. it took forever to actually get my name off the lease at the end of the term because they automatically renewed me even though i had been in constant communication with them about moving out at the end of the lease.”

“Pros: High ceilings Heat in bathroom Nice kitchen New appliances Great location in Brooklyn Friendly neighbors Cons: Small rooms Extremely tiny closets Little to no natural light in living room area Little to no natural light in my room(middle room) Advice to landlord: none”

“Pros: Good neighborhood, the super Gilberto is incredible. Cons: Management is incredibly rude and horribly disorganized. Never once had a good experience contacting them in the 2.5 years I lived there. Been moved out for 3 months and still haven’t received the security deposit. Tried to steal last month’s rent from my roommates and I despite us having already paid it upon signing the lease. Laundry is incredibly overpriced. Advice to landlord: Get a real job.”
