“Pros: Classic NY pre-war. Well managed, large 1 bedrooms. The doormen are wonderful and Jose the cleaner keeps the place spotless. We loved living here. Cons: Elevator can be annoying at times. The super is not at all organized, and can take very long to respond to tenant needs. Very frustrating for some tenants, we didn’t have too many issues. Advice to landlord: Thanks, David. We enjoyed our two years at the Old Colony”
