“Pros: Everything was responsive but if you were street facing you could obviously hear some noise. Good otherwise. Cons: No major complaints. Water pressure could be better.”

Apt: Cozy, steam heated (never cold), clean bathroom and kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, thick walls (can’t hear neighbors—huge plus)!, Hood: Close to most subways, Central Park, lots of garage parking nearby, tons of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby—very safe neighborhood, very close to West Side bike/walking path.
