“Pros: Much of the building consists of owners, so they take great care in the upkeep and security of the building. Cons: The block itself can be a little loud, and sound carries easily in the hallway. Also, there's laundry in the basement (which is great) though can be a little creepy at night. Advice to landlord: None, good property.”
