“Pros: I was one of the first tenants in the building. As a new build, it’s clean and comfortable. The doormen are nice, packages and deliveries are handled well, and really no complaints other than a few inconveniences. I don’t hear my neighbors of any construction. Cons: The elevators are annoying cus there are only two (including freight elevator). Also, there are some spots in the unit where you can notice that they used cheap material.”
