“Pros: calm, gym in building well maintained polite neighbours Cons: dry heating and no ceiling lights in all rooms”

“Pros: Really friendly and responsive management (door men know every resident by name, and are very attentive to requests and needs). Apartments are appropriately sized and spacious (all squares, no triangular rooms). Amenities are maintained well, and pet friendly. Cons: Can still hear street noises up to the 16th floor.”
