Cons: Mice, roaches, 1 of 4 washer machines have been broken for over a year and management has been unresponsive to my calls for updates on repairs. I have given up. Machines are very old and gross in general. Units very old and not maintained (bathroom and closet doors painted over so many times they don't shut). Old door system (can't buzz in packages from phone like many comparable buildings). Have had some packages stolen due to people sneaking in behind tenants. Advice to landlord: Upgrade the washer/dryer situation. Follow up on tenant concerns when they call.”
