“Pros: Very quiet, safe. Not far from laundromat and supermarket. Anytime I had a problem they would respond within minutes. There is also an exterminator that comes in every second Saturday of the month which I do not think many landlords have. Cons: I wish they would allow dogs, although I do understand why. Advice to landlord: My only advice would be to consider allowing dogs since park slope is a dog heavy neighborhood.”
