Cons: It's a new build as of around 2011, and some of the finishes just aren't it and poor quality. For example, most of the toilets weren't installed with a specific cap so your toilet will randomly not have water in the bowl and REEK of sewage. The layouts are kind of awkward with all the cut outs. making it hard to adde xtra storage furniture. Stone counters were obviously never sealed. The pool is not ver nice, it doesn't get a lot of light, and there's always screaming children. Gym is small and shared with a neighboring building. The most egregious is building management refuses to take responsibility for anything that will go wrong in your unit. I've heard from multiple tenants there are many pipe/plumbing issues in the building that lead to leaking in units.”

Cons: It is a WALK through a wind tunnel to get to the building and in the winter this is extremely cold (and will blow you away)”
