“Pros: Local businesses and markets are nearby. No rodents or bugs, we have an exterminator come annually or on occasion. Cons: Packages are not 100% safe from theft and hallways look scary. Advice to landlord: Find a way to remodel the hallways and stairs or add protection for tenant packages.”
