“Pros: Heat and hot water were never an issue. Well maintained and super was incredibly responsive when needed. I did not encounter any pests in my 5 years living there. On a really quiet tree-lined block! Cons: Layouts of apartments can be funky, but that’s expected of old NYC apartments.”
