M175_ Auditorium Upgrade. PAA issued to reduce scope of work at the auditorium's ceiling areas and roof areas.
Remove existing auditorium blower and exhaust fan. Provide new Roof Top Unit (RTU) with DX cooling and steam heating. Extend existing ductwork & steam pipe and connect to RTU. Provide new thermostat in the auditorium. Provide new diffusers.
