Pros: Bigger than some dorms, nice to have a kitchen Cons: A couple roaches here and there, reslife is a pain sometimes, no hot water was an issue for several weeks

Unit 10C Pros: I shared a space with many girls, but the location was super convenience and pretty nice for what we paid. I lived there my first year at FIT so it was just perfect. Pretty nice! Cons: Appliances were pretty old
