Modification to existing sprinkler system to offer protection to con edison transformer by adding additional 64 nozzles OSP as per plans filed herewith.
This project is for the security upgrades proposed at Con Edison's corona substation to support new fencing, new concrete pads for various equipment, etc. A PAA is being initiated - insp removals - see comments section below.
Installation of deluge system in association with the transformer #7 replacement @ Con Edison's Corona Substation. Drawings depicting work as follows: T-386.00, SP-387.00, SP-388.00, SP-389.00, M-250.00.
Install new concrete foundations for equipment at Con Edison's Corona Substation: 138kV Breakers new steel platform; Disconnect switch & structure, pothead stand relocate breaker on new steel platform and bus supports.
MAKE REPAIRS TO CON EDISON'S TRANSFORMER T7 AT THE CORONA SUBSTATION: REPAIR FOUNDATION; PERFORM SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL & COUNTER-MEASURE UPGRADES; INSTALL SUPPORT FOR NEW EQUIPMENT; INSTALL FIREWALL TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT SEPARATION.
Trench Box Shoring Design for Proposed Transformer Foundation (DOB # Q00658341).
Installation of deluge system in association with Con Edison's transformer #9 replacement. There will be 83 sprinkler nozzles being installed in this new deluge system with associated piping, etc.
Rebuild concrete transformer pad. Grading as shown. Installation of grounding elements for reactor.
