Pros: Really beautiful building with great amenities - gym, business center, dog park, concierge services and pretty incredible views Cons: There is a lack of maintenance. Outdoor cushions on seats never get cleaned. So it doesn’t really look representativd. The face masks during covid were really not that much enforced. The laundry in the building doesn’t work really well - expect to lose a lot of money. Responsiveness with this issue from management has been very poor. Utility bill is super super high. I never paid so much for utilities in other NYC apts. Advice to landlord: Again, the building is great but I’d expect better service for the cost.
