Pros: Building is very nice, well kept, friendly staff. Views and layouts are great for most apartments. Cons: They are willing to give people huge incentives to move in but nothing to keep you in the building. Leasing staff and renewals are not helpful at all. Continues to charge for amenities during COVID including raising rates while cutting things like events and access to certain areas. Advice to landlord: Do more to keep people in the building. You don’t have a gap when the apartments are empty if you keep your tenants, so give them the same deal for new applicants.

Pros: Beautiful building, great staff, Cons: Management is very hard to work with Advice to landlord: Don’t treat your tenets like fast food customers
