Pros: Right off Queensboro station Laundry in building Cold room for refrigerated deliveries (groceries, etc) Cons: Had mice infestation Management lack of responsiveness Constant construction Rooftop closed

Pros: Balcony in every apt. 4 small gyms. Cons: The blonde female agent. Air conditioning keeps breaking down. Ciampa management not helpful. As I’m writing this review, they’re fixing an old leak. Rooftop is gone indefinitely. Did I mention I caught a mouse in my recycling box? F-ing ew. Advice to landlord: Some of us work to save lives everyday. The thing is, we pay and we expect haven when we come home from a hard days work. Read the reviews on Yelp under ciampa packard square and packard square If I read it before I moved..this would’ve been avoided.
