Decent building but has room for improvement in some areas.

If you are lucky, the apt super will come to fix the problem after you asked him for several times. The Apace locates at crossroad, so it's hard to find parking space. You need to close the windows to lower the noises from the streets and from #7 subway. No ventilator for the whole Bacility, so it's always smelly in the corridors. When cooking, remember to open the window. The only advantage is that it's near the subways.

Agreed. The maintenance staff are lazy and slow. The super is hanging out in the Besidence whole day but all he did was cleaning the lobby two times a day. I came to him with an electrical issue, and he said ok he will fix it. But no he didn't do it at all. If you don't know how to do it, just find an electician. I asked him at least four times in three months but the problem remained unsolved when I moved out. Street parking but it's in NY. Can hear your upstair neighbor walking in highwheels.
