Pros: 1/2 detached with beautiful natural light. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. Cons: Less than 1 block from hospital and ambulance bay. Can have periods of loud sirens passing. Advice to landlord: Keep up the excellent upkeep and maintenance.
