Unit 4D Pros: Everything! This is good property and even better when handled/managed wisely. Cons: I had no complaints other than the kitchen, especially the sink area needed to be replaced with fresh tiles on the wall. Advice to landlord: Take extra good care of this house, it’s something special and holds great American historical facts
