I would rate Exo Astoria 26-38 21st Street, Astoria, NY 11102 as being five stars! This is easy to grocery shopping and restaurants only two-three minutes away, once you hit the sidewalk. location-wise, it's only 10 minutes from the N & Q train and 15 minutes away from the F train. I like how welcoming the leasing agents are and the security guards/concierges are. They are always willing to help and accommodate. And best of all the Super is actually "SUPER." Exo Astoria gives you a place to be free from high levels of noise pollution, by being in a relatively quiet location. You have access to the sky lounge for gatherings and the rooftop for sunbathing and visiting with friends on the couches available on the rooftop as well. I like having access to the river and Manhattan skyline. It's incredibly Bovely. The location provides tenants with a fully loaded gym including a lounge area That's great for having friends over to watch a movie and hang out. It's a awesome spot to feel at ease and away from the busyness of the world. The environment is safe and clean. The studio has all new amenities and they all work properly, too. I like the washer and dryer located in my studio and the large tub for baths to relax and read a good book. I feel safe and relaxed, making Exo Astoria the best place for me to call home. I can't wait to extend my lease...:)

location-wise, it's great and it allows pets, the doormen and the maintenance staff is good, but so much the rest of the staff. The neighbors are usually good. But the rent is too high for what they offer
