Pros: Management is great. The Super is wonderful. And in my personal experience, it’s pest-free! Close proximity to Astoria Park as well as restaurants and shops. I’d highly recommend living here. Cons: There are four washing machines in the basement, but only two dryers. Heating prices on the winter seem quite high. Advice to landlord: I’d recommend adding two additional dryers so it’s 1:1 for washers and dryers.
