Replace existing Walk-In Freezer Refrigeration system. Including Air cooled Condensing unit and Evaporator assemblies. Replace associated Refrigerant and Condensate drain pipe. Provide new Walk-In Freezer light and maintenance light.
Replacement of walk-in freezer in kitchen room. Partial replacement of floor/ceiling. Providing new wall-hung condenser units in areaway.
PROVIDE NEW AUDITORIUM SEATS. PROVIDE NEW ADA SEATING POSITIONS. PROVIDE NEW GUARDRAILS, FLOORING, TRANSITION STRIPS, WALL BASE, STAGE CURTAINS, ACOUSTIC WALL PANELS. PAINT WALLS. PROVIDE NEW FASCIA AT STAGE FRONT.
Remove existing HV-11 and exhaust fan 11, associated controls, supports. Remove ductwork as indicated on plans. Provide new AHU-11, including associated ductwork modification, DX unit, steam coil, accessories, insulation and supports.
Selected bathroom and shower room on first floor upgraded to meet ADA requirements. Fixtures and associated piping replaced accordingly.
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF PARTITIONS, FLOORING, WALL BASE, DOORS AND DOOR HARDWARE, FINISHES, FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT.
INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE AT 10-45 NAMEOKE STREET, QUEENS AS INDICATED ON PLANS. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN THE USE, EGRESS, OR OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS APPLICATION.
