Pros: NOTHING. Just horror Cons: The owner/landlord of this property is offering his apartment for rent at a very overpriced rate with no utilities included. The tenants located above is very rude. Landlord is very rude. Landlord is creepy they invade your privacy. They deep search potential tenants and access information they should not have access to. Makes you feel like you’re getting interrogated by the FBI. Absolutely unprofessional. The landlord starts asking about who you claim on your taxes and wants to know their personal information as well regardless if they live with you or not. The landlord kept asking questions and PERSONAL QUESTIONS that has nothing to do with the listing. No matter how many questions you answer he just comes with more. No wonder the apartment is on the market for so long. Save your time and effort! The landlord will give a hard time and not give it to you even if you qualify. Stay away from this landlord if that’s how much of a hard time he gives before moving in imagine how much of a nightmare he will be after you move in. Way too overpriced! Save your time&effort there are plenty of more apartments for half the price and nicer landlords. Dealing with this landlord made me change my mind absolutely to never rent and to purchase my own property because no one should have to deal with such an individual! Landlord accesses applicants information that only police/courts should only have access too. He or she pays online to access applicants private information. He will never have this apartment rented makes sense why! Still creeped out and traumatized by this experience wanted to make other applicants aware to stay away! Advice to landlord: Don’t rent if you are that uncomfortable and do not know how to respect applicants privacy& if you’re that scared! Dont invade others privacy! You have no right to do so!
