My mother in her 90's has been living in Rocky Hill Terrace for years. One of the super has been harassing and forcing bribes on tenants of Rocky Hill Terrace for 20 years now and nothing has been done by the mgmt office. This super told my mother that her bathtub faucet is leaking to the second floor and must be fixed. If not, he will report her to the police and the firefighters will be coming. I thought what this super is saying is just illegal and wrong to my mother who is old. I thought this was just completely ridiculous and that this was his job to be fixing the leak coming from my mother's Pite. This super has been working at Rocky Hill Terrace for 20 years, has been threatening and forcing bribes on the tenants of Rocky Hill Terrace and nothing has been done by the mgmt office. Folks if you are thinking about buying a unit from Rocky Hill Terrace, please reconsider your options.
