Pros: Clean , quiet and an incredibly kind landlord lives just down the street. Always quickly accommodates any request. Cons: Have seen one or two roaches since moving in been exterminator has been coming monthly since. Advice to landlord: Would consider replacing oven as it is very old but otherwise nothing to recommend. Best landlord I’ve had in NYC,
