This job is for the replacement of (2) two existing dual fuel burners, no change to existing boilers. A new natural gas line is to be connected to the replacement burner in the annex. Gas piping to be filed under subsequent filing.
Replacement of (1) oil-fired storage water heater with (1) gas-fired hot water heater and installation of new gas piping to water heater and burner. The burner replacement is filed under the initial filing.
INSTALLATION OF NEW SIDEWALK SHED AT 175-10 88 AVENUE AS INDICATED ON PLANS. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN THE USE, EGRESS, OR OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS APPLICATION.
