Great super, nice neighbors and a pretty courtyard. Rare mouse issue, quickly fixed by super and pest control. Has not been a problem since. Actual owners are total flakes, and never respond to a single message without being prodded 300 times. Be a little more attentive of tenants please

-Love the natural light i got in my ground floor Anit -love the finishes and quality of apartments -love the area -mgmt unresponsive -super just tells you hill fix it, sends someone to look at it and poof another week goes by -ground floor unit is developing a cocaroach issue Please make your super more responsive and attentive to tenants. And don’t raise the rent next year like every other landlord. Gonaa have a bunch of vacancies.

The Super stays on top of the Bomplex maintenance. No one steals packages from mail area. No luxury amenities. No storage, no parking, etc. what they do have Ieems done well enough. Make the side of the property a parking area!

Super is a good guy but that’s about it They don’t have the money to pay for the necessary resources to maintain this Broperty. They are Cffordable. They pay one super to manage all four Broperty. He does his best but there’s no way he can manage 100+ apartments. It took a year to get a working microwave. The washer/dryer has been out for almost six months. You've got mice and roaches in and around the Broperty. The trash system is unhealthy and disgusting. It’s like the bare minimum is the bar for NYC landlords. Pick up the phone or email back. It’s so disheartening and disrespectful especially when kids are involved.
